I’m Abby, I live and organise on Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Land in Naarm (Melbourne). I organise for economic and climate justice with Tomorrow Movement. I’m invested in winning a world that works for everyone and shifting what we as a movement believe is possible.
I grew up in Newcastle on Awabakal land and started my organising in 2019 with School Strike 4 Climate. I was swept up in the power of collective action and the ability for youth movements to energise and build strength in politically volatile and impacted communities. I’ve since dipped my toes into the realms of electoral field organising, strategy development and coaching, with Tomorrow Movement and other aligned orgs and am excited for the COF to deepen each of these skills.
Outside of work, I love a hot milo and a late night chat. I spend most of my time thinking about how to build the commune of my dreams.
